First time working with this Icelandic yarn from our trip to Iceland last year. I adore the colour! I keep stopping to admire all the subtle variations of this yarn, it’s rather beautiful! Slightly on the fence about the rustic feel, though – I don’t think I’m particularly sensitive to scratchy wool, but just to help it along I’m stranding with silk mohair, and hoping that a good soak will soften it all up later. I don’t have enough yarn to finish it, so had to buy more from the UK, but, incredibly, I found some in the same dyelot! Win!! #WipWednesday
